It has been a long time since I last update this blog. Dah 4 bulan dah kot. And this month I'm finally in my twenties... or 20 years old to be exact. Hello twenty, bye -teens :( Truthfully, dah tak ada idea nak update pasal apa haha I said this every time but it's true. So untuk elakkan blog ni daripada arwah dah, I am going to do this ask meme: Ice creams versions. I've done this in the past with two other themes : spooky asks & too much information tag. Oh, also I've "degrade" my blog to the good old classic template. Mostly because I want small space just in case I want to update random thoughts in small paragraph. This or That book Tag

Assalamualaikum

Hello guys! Hello April, goodbye March. It has been a good month to me – except for when I had my finals, that’s not good. It’s stressful and make me want to rip my head in half. But, I finally home from uni since I didn’t come back for 2 whole months and more. Man, I miss home so much.

But now that I’m home, I’m currently bored out of my mind.

There’s no internet here, so I got to buy my mobile data to excess to the internet. Yea, that’s why I didn’t post anything before. But now that I bought some data with a little money that I have, once again hello there! 🙋

Since I don’t have any idea what to talk about but I want to mention here that I’m officially 19 years old on 2nd April! Yeay 🎉🎊 I have conflict feeling about this since it’s going to be my last teen (sobs) but I’m also proud of myself for reaching the almost adulthood. No matter how much I was moaning about how my bad my life was, but hey, there’s a rainbow after every rain. So I just have to be patient and keep moving on 😃

I was scrolling through Bloglovin and saw This or That book tag posted by Novelersblog on wordpress, therefore I thought why not I post this on my blog too? One of the reason is also as I mention above – I don’t have any idea what to post about. I have a list of what I supposed to post about, but there’s suddenly too much and not enough. Sigh.

Without further ado, let’s proceed to the real tag;

1. Reading on the Couch or the Bed?
I prefer reading on the couch so I can eat/drink while reading a book. I found it hard to read on the bed because the temptation to sleep is to strong. *sis kenot

2. Female or Male Character?
Personally, male character as I love reading from male point of view, less drama and feelings. Also because I want to know the point of view of a male, since I’m a female and it’s impossible task to know what male think, feels in real life.

3. Sweet or Salty snacks while reading?
I literally eat anything – cookies, candy, sour patches – but I’d prefer sweet snacks.

4. Trilogies or Quartests?
Omg how about NONE? I don’t really like series for various reasons such as a) I’ll buy first 1-2 books then suddenly become poor, so I can’t buy the rest of the series and b) the next book didn’t live the expectation I have on the first book
But if I had to choose, I’ll choose trilogies.

5. First person or Third person p.o.v?
Some party likes to read first person pov, but not for me. Before this I wrote some stories – that I posted on my tumblr but now not anymore – I found it hard to transition from a character to another. First person pov is good if the whole book is about the main character’s life – unless the author is really really good at transitioning between the characters.
For me, I much prefer third person pov. It’s easy to read and I prefer to watch someone’s life rather than experience it - yes I'm boring, deal with it.

6. Reading in the Night or Morning?
Morning please. Before this I love to read in the night but since I start having nearsighted and have to wear glasses (it have been 2 years since I wear glasses!), I prefer to read in natural light to protect my eyes. Unless the book is very good that I can’t put it down even for sleeping. *sleep is so precious omg

7. Libraries of Bookstores?
Can you believe there’s NO LIBRARIES near my neighbourhood? 5 years ago, there was a library near my house but now not anymore. WHY there’s no libraries nowadays??? Free books to read! The environment of a library is just. So. Amazing.
Or is it just me?
If there is a library here, I’d prefer the library. But since there’s none, I have no choice but to choose bookstores – that got me drooling over the books that I can’t have *sobs in the corner

8. Books that make you Laugh or Cry?
The book is really really good when it’s stabbing you in the chest. So, crying for sure. Didn’t I tell you that I love to torture myself?

9. Black or White cover?
Black cover! Because I love black and white cover is so hard to take care of 😑 I put my books everywhere, so it’s easy to pick up any stain – omg I’m the worse books owner ever 😱 

10. Character or Plot-Driven?
Sweet, badass character doesn’t ensure how good a book is. Plot-driven is so much more important part of the story becasue it's what make a story, wel... a story. A boring storyline with amazing character? Meh, let’s put it aside first.

So yeah, there are 10 questions about books which I enjoy answering. If you want to, you can do this tag too, and share it with me! I love to make myself down by reading other people’s amazing answers rather than my lame ones.

I’m currently reading More Than This by Patrick Ness and the book is so mindblowing that I got to put it down a few times because my brain needs to process lots of things. I’m at part 2 of the book, it’s getting intense and I have so much unanswered questions – that makes me wanna skip some parts and move on to the ending. I want to know the ending so bad!

Maybe I’ll write a book review regarding this book after I finish reading it. Have any of you ever Patrick Ness’ books? What do you think of it? And oh, I haven’t read or watch the movie of A Monsters Calls yet, so this is like my first Patrick Ness book.

Thanks to Liyana for tagging me (basically she tag everyone who read it, but okay). Since I don't have anything to update anything, I'll just answer all these 50 questions - I know you won't read all of these but I still want to answer all these questions.

1. What are you wearing?
Currently I'm wearing stripes t-shirt and a tracksuit. Since it's already night nak pakai lawa-lawa buat apa haha

2. Ever been in love?
Generally, yes - fell in love with fictional characters, nature, etc. but not with other man neither I'm in a relationship. Please it's just a big NO for me.

3. Ever had a terrible breakup?
Nope.

4. How tall are you?
I'd like to think I'm average height 5'2" (160cm).

5. How much do you weight?
Ehem, the last time I check 41kg but mana la tahu berat ai dah naik (or turun, please)

6. Any tattoos?
Nope, but I'm not against non-muslim people wearing tattoo because human canvas is awesome (sorry)

7. Any piercings?
Nope.

8. OTP?
Eleanor and Park from the novel Eleanor and Park. That novel  is so good you need to read it.

9. Favourite show?
The Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf and The Adventure of Merlin. These are my favs tv shows and you should watch them too.

10. Favourite bands?
Twenty-one Pilots, Panic! At the Disco, and One Direction.

11. Something you miss?
My mom 😢 It has been a month since I last saw my mom. And currently she's living with my dad at Sabah, so I have to wait until cuti mid-sem baru boleh balik rumah huhu.

One of my current favourite songs is Cold Water - Major Lazer (ft Justin Bieber & MØ)

18 years and 9 months. I'm gonna be 19 in less than 3 months 😧

Aries - I always read zodiac sites and what I can conclude is Aries is such a bitchy loyal fiery enthusiastic human being.

Loyalty, smart, good sense of humor, patience and tidy person. You see, this is why I don't have a boyfriend.

I like both of them but mostly R&B and pop - but sometimes instrumental pun okay.

I'd rather be alone and sometimes I'll open instagram and watch cats videos because cat videos makes everything feels better.

15-20 minutes I guess (?) Sometimes more or less.

Minus showering, approximately about 10-15 minutes. I'm the fastest to get ready kut when our family nak pergi mana-mana.

Nah. Too young to do idiotic thing.

Kind-heart, intelligence those guys who're good with kids or animals.

Those people who are unhygienic and swear profanities all the time. Ugh, please keep a hold of yourself.

Originally, because all my friends also have blogs but now I'm the only one yang ada blog ._. And also because one of my hobbies is writing and I love read other people's blogs. Yeah, there's that.

Acrophobia, claustrophobia, atelophobia.

I always cry other a sad part of a book.

Hm, I said it to my friend I guess (?)

It's supposed to be Gareki - which is a main character in anime Karneval and my fav ever. But since it was taken, I set Garaeki instead.

Insurgent (#2 Divergent) by Veronica Roth.

Allegiant (#3 Divergent) by Veronica Roth. I can't seem to finish this book as fast as I want to because I just lost the passion after watching the movie and it's 90% NOT same as the book 😞

Anime called Barakamon.

One of my roommate. She went to buy Mountain Dew (haha)

Family! It was my mom hehe.

Rings and bracelet. Proud to say I wear them to anywhere I go and whenever I don't, I always feel like my hands are too bare.

Volleyball and I was form 4 too. I'm not the most athletic person you'll ever know.

So that's all my answers to all these 50 questions. Some answers may bored you to death because I don't know what else to say and you can conclude by this that I'm very straightforward person. I don't like it when someone ask question and another answer it with all the bunga-bunga or cakap pasal benda lain. Straightforwardness is awesome, okay. Only black or white - and a little grey if I'm not too sure.

Askmeme: Spooky Asks

I know Halloween was like 3 days ago, but by then it never cross my mind to do this spooky asks that I had written on my journal 5 months ago. I had all those time and I was too lazy but then forgotten to do it. smh.

VAMPIRE Someone offers you a chance at immortality. Do you take it, and why or why not?

Although I might regretting this, yes I'll take it. I know I'll probably get attached and then that person dies and then I'll live in misery, but that's one thing I'd like to try. I can always look for someone else, try new things and start a new chapter in life.

WEREWOLF If you had to spend your life with just one person, who would it be?

You may think I'm a brat, but I'm going to say my mum. I just can't life without her. Can you imagine when our house having a black out and the first person I'll search for is her? No matter how much I'll defy her, she's still my life. Love you, mum.

As cliche as it sound, no more war. Yes, can we just live in a world where peace is all we have?

"You/Your friend/Your family if suffering from..." I can't handle bad news especially if I know my love ones suffered from something serious.
